- What you did, what happened, and what you expected.
- An optional screenshot, with personal details removed.
Don’t send passwords, payment details, or a save file unless it’s needed to investigate the issue.

Where can I download the games?
Visit the UNDERWAKE or Lord Of The Sticks game page for release information. If you need help finding the right version, contact support@lmccreativelabs.com.
How do I protect my progress?
Use your build’s save-export feature before changing devices, reinstalling, or removing local game data. Keep the export somewhere safe. A local save does not automatically mean your progress is backed up online.
Can I move a save between games?
No. UNDERWAKE and Lord Of The Sticks have separate save formats. Only import a save into the game it was exported from.
What should I share when I send a save file?
Only share a save through your trusted support channel when requested. UNDERWAKE exports can contain your chosen character name, progression, story choices, and local play statistics.
How do I remove my game data?
For help removing your Android game data, use the data-request page below. Exported save files remain wherever you saved them. These Android editions have no LMC sign-in or studio cloud saves. Removing local progress does not delete support emails or Google purchase records. To request data deletion, follow our data-deletion guide or email privacy@lmccreativelabs.com.
