Lord Of The Sticks
privacy policy.

How your Android game data, advertising, purchases, and support enquiries are handled.

Effective and last updated: 14 September 2026. This privacy policy covers the Android edition of Lord Of The Sticks, published by LMC Creative Labs.

Our Android launch uses Google AdMob advertising and Google Play in-app purchases. It does not offer LMC account registration, game sign-in, or a studio-operated cloud-save service. We do not integrate a separate analytics or crash-reporting service; Google’s advertising services do process the usage and diagnostic information described below.

Privacy contact: privacy@lmccreativelabs.com. Player support: support@lmccreativelabs.com.

1. Progress and information on your device

Lord Of The Sticks stores save slots, profiles, kingdom and combat progress, settings, local recovery copies, and installation/profile identifiers on your device.

These records are used to run the game, remember your choices, restore local progress, and help diagnose gameplay problems. An installation or profile identifier identifies a game installation or save; it is not an LMC login account.

The game does not offer studio-operated cloud saves in this edition. Manage any separately exported or device-transfer copies through the place where you saved them.

2. Advertising and privacy choices

Google AdMob provides ads, including optional rewarded ads. When its advertising services run, Google’s Mobile Ads SDK can collect and share:

  • Your IP address, which can be used to estimate your general location.
  • Device and advertising identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and App Set ID, and other device or account identifiers available to Google’s services.
  • App and ad interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views.
  • Diagnostic and performance information, such as startup time, hangs, and energy use.

Google uses this information to deliver and measure advertising, analyse service performance, and prevent fraud and abuse. Ad personalisation and the information available to the SDK depend on your consent, device settings, region, and Google’s configuration. Non-personalised ads can still use information for delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

Where a consent or privacy-options message is provided, use it to make or change your advertising choices. You can also manage your advertising ID and available ad privacy controls in Android settings. Menu names vary by device. Declining an optional rewarded ad means you will not receive its reward. Device settings do not erase information already held by Google.

For details and Google’s data controls, read Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Mobile Ads data disclosure.

3. Purchases and reward verification

Google Play processes in-app payments using your Google account. LMC Creative Labs does not receive your full payment-card number or bank credentials. Google’s use of payment and account information is covered by its own policies.

The game and its purchase-verification services process product identifiers, purchase tokens, order or transaction references, purchase status and times, and unlocked items or entitlements to deliver purchases, support restoration where available, handle refunds, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims. Installation or profile identifiers can be used to associate an entitlement with the correct local profile.

Reward verification can process an installation or profile identifier, an ad attempt or provider transaction identifier, the reward requested, and whether it was delivered. Verification services also receive ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, for security and rate limiting. These records support purchases and rewards; they are separate from a cloud copy of your gameplay save.

4. Exports and messages you choose to send

Using a save-export or sharing feature creates or shares a file at your request. Save files can contain progress, preferences, identifiers, and local gameplay records. Creating an export does not itself email it to us. Copies you save or share remain in the locations and services you choose.

If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or details you provide, such as your device model, game version, screenshots, diagnostic information, save files, or order reference. We use them to respond, investigate bugs and purchase issues, and keep a record of our correspondence. Please send only what is necessary and do not send passwords or payment-card details.

5. Who receives information

Information is processed by LMC Creative Labs and by service providers needed to operate these features: Google for ads and Google Play purchases; infrastructure providers for purchase or reward verification; and email providers for enquiries. Providers may process information outside your country. Google’s own processing and retention are described in its privacy policy.

We do not sell player information for money. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to address fraud or security incidents, or to resolve a dispute. Visiting this website is covered by our separate website privacy policy.

6. How long information is kept

  • Local saves and preferences: kept until overwritten, removed through Android’s app-storage controls, or otherwise removed by the device. Separately exported files and device backups must be managed separately.
  • Purchase and reward records: have no fixed automatic expiry. They are kept for as long as needed to honour entitlements, reconcile payments and refunds, prevent repeated fraud, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to review or delete records associated with you.
  • Support emails and attachments: we retain these indefinitely as a correspondence and support history unless you request deletion, subject to any specific legal or unresolved-dispute reason for retaining particular information.
  • Google-held information: Google applies its own retention rules and account controls. Clearing game storage does not remove Google Play purchase history or Google advertising records.

7. Access, correction and deletion

Email privacy@lmccreativelabs.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you, or to raise a privacy concern. Name the game and identify the relevant email conversation, installation/profile, or transaction if known. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request. Do not send identity documents in your first message.

There is no LMC game account to close in this edition. You can still request deletion of support correspondence and other identifiable records we hold. We will explain what can be removed and any information that must remain, why it is needed, and the applicable retention basis. Requests will be handled within applicable legal time limits.

To remove local progress, open Android Settings → Apps → Lord Of The Sticks → Storage (or Storage & cache) → Clear storage/data. This removes local game data and can permanently erase progress. Delete exported saves and manage device backups separately. We cannot remotely erase files on your device or records controlled independently by Google. See the data-deletion guide for details.

8. Security

Local app data uses Android’s application storage protections. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK encrypts its network traffic using TLS, and our website uses HTTPS. Purchase-verification connections are configured to use HTTPS. Restrict access to your device, email account, and exported saves; a save file you export is not necessarily encrypted. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Intended audience

Lord Of The Sticks is intended for players aged 15 and over and is not directed to younger children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact privacy@lmccreativelabs.com so we can review and remove it where appropriate. The game’s official store content rating is shown in its listing.

10. Policy changes and contact

We will update this policy when our services or data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Where required, changes will also be brought to your attention in the game or through the relevant consent flow.
