Send a data-deletion request
Email privacy@lmccreativelabs.com with the subject “Game data deletion request”. Include:
- The game name: UNDERWAKE or Lord Of The Sticks.
- The information you want removed, such as support emails, attachments, or identifiable purchase/reward records.
- The email address used to contact us, and an installation/profile identifier or relevant order reference if known.
You do not need to reinstall the game or create an account. Do not send passwords, full payment details, or identity documents in your first email. The button opens your email app; your request is sent only when you send the message.
What we remove and what may remain
We review requests to delete support messages and attachments, and identifiable game-service records within our control. We may need proportionate verification before acting. Support correspondence is otherwise retained indefinitely. Lord Of The Sticks purchase/reward verification records have no fixed automatic expiry and are kept as needed for entitlements, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations. UNDERWAKE’s local purchase/reward state is removed with local game storage; purchase details you email us are part of your support correspondence.
If particular information must remain for one of those reasons, we will explain what is retained, why, and the applicable retention basis. We handle requests within applicable legal time limits. Deleting verification or entitlement information can affect our ability to restore a purchase or investigate a claim; we will explain relevant effects when responding.
Remove saves from your Android device
- Open Android Settings → Apps and choose UNDERWAKE or Lord Of The Sticks.
- Open Storage or Storage & cache.
- Choose Clear storage or Clear data, and confirm only if you want to erase local progress and settings.
Menu names vary by phone. Clearing only the cache may not remove saves. Local game data can be lost permanently; export a save first only if you want to keep a copy. An in-game new-character or reset option may leave other preferences or recovery files.
Delete exported save files from the folders and services where you kept them. UNDERWAKE save files can also be included in Android-managed backups or device transfers; manage these through your device and backup provider. Clearing app storage does not necessarily remove backup copies, and restoring a backup can restore progress.
Google-held information
Removing local saves or emailing us does not erase Google Play purchase history or independently held Google advertising information. Use Google’s Data & privacy controls and your Android ad privacy settings for provider-held information. Deleting game data does not automatically refund a purchase.
